What does a shared future look like? How can problems be solved together? How do we come together without ever meeting?

Starting from Zurich’s Landiwiese, our young audience embarks on a journey, equipped with headphones. The guides are children from Germany, Brazil, Lebanon, and the Philippines. They lead us to their favourite places, to the places where they live, but also to imagined spaces and bridges that could connect our realities. Those who listen are invited to participate, dance, and explore.

Accompanied by an international team of choreographers, this piece – or «audio ballet», as the artist collective LIGNA calls it – was created by children for children (and adults). Through encounters and participation, via voice messages, audio recordings, and prompts to try out small choreographies, a «Room without Walls» is created – allowing children from different parts of the world to exchange ideas and to experience and conquer their own surroundings in playful ways.
