Dig for gold, stack magnets, shape magic sand, create a snail landscape, sort treasures, grind flour or feel rapeseed between your fingers: the mobile play space «Ein schöner Ort» invites children aged 2 to 10+ to immerse themselves in a variety of play worlds, explore freely and follow their curiosity.
Each play world is dedicated to a different theme and offers a rich selection of materials, tools and all kinds of curious objects. There is only one rule: «Everything stays in the box.»
Children decide for themselves how they want to play. They can move from one world to the next or immerse themselves deeply in a single theme. Each play world offers a different experience, encouraging children to explore, experiment and create in their own way.
At the heart of «Ein schöner Ort» is free, self-directed play – without judgement and without a predetermined goal. Children are encouraged to follow their own impulses, experiment, invent and express their creativity. They are free to simply be themselves, just as they are in that moment.
Parents and grandparents can make themselves comfortable nearby and enjoy watching the children become fully absorbed in their play. The play facilitators of «Ein schöner Ort» create a welcoming atmosphere, giving children and their activities their full attention and appreciation.
