Grief and loss accompany us throughout our lives. They become inscribed in our bodies and shape a particular way of knowing – a way of understanding farewells, change and moving forward. This intergenerational workshop engages with this embodied knowledge and particularly welcomes people aged 70 and over. Through dialogue and movement, participants explore how experiences of loss and grief can become valuable companions.
